Reply Message to Kim Jong Un from Syrian President

| Pyongyang, March 9 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, received a reply message from Bashar Al-Assad, president of the Syrian Arab Republic, on Sunday. The message expressed gratitude to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to the friendly government and people of the DPRK for extending kind congratulations on the 53rd anniversary of the glorious March 8 revolution in the Syrian Arab Republic. The message highly appreciated the firm principled stand of Kim Jong Un and the DPRK leadership for supporting the struggle of Syria for foiling the aggression and terrorist acts by the hostile forces and ensuring sovereignty, security and stability of Syria. |
