S. Korean Organizations Urge Stop to Joint Military Exercises

| Pyongyang, March 9 (KCNA) -- Civic and public organizations in Ansan region, Kyonggi Province of south Korea including the Ansan Headquarters of the South Side Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration held a press conference on Monday to demand a stop to the aggressive joint military maneuvers. The organizations said that Key Resolve and Foal Eagle 16 joint military exercises are driving the situation on the Korean peninsula into the worst crisis. They demanded an immediate halt to the dangerous saber-rattling. |
