According to Ri Jin Sok, vice chief-engineer of the Complex, technicians and workers of the complex built a production process of heatproof cement in substitution for imported alumina cement. They also succeeded in manufacturing electrolytic bath higher than imported one in the capacity of hydrogen production and cooling effect.

The new production process and electrolytic bath give a guarantee to the stable production.
