Noting that the "resolution on sanctions" adopted by the UNSC under pressure from the U.S. is a criminal one like previous ones, the statement went on:

The "resolution" also goes against the UN Charter which explicitly acknowledged the sovereign state's right to self-defense and right to use space for peaceful purposes.

The UNSC has already lost its impartiality.

Its permanent members are all nuclear weapons states and satellite manufacturers and launchers.

There is no precedent of adopting a resolution on sanctions by taking issue with their nuclear tests or satellite launches.

Nevertheless, the U.S. masterminded the criminal "resolution on sanctions" against the DPRK.

We call on the anti-imperialist fighters and peace-loving people in the world to raise their voices protesting against the "resolution on sanctions" against the DPRK.

The UNSC is just a puppet of the U.S.
