Pyongyang, March 10 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and Korean Friendship Association UK issued a joint statement on March 1 in support of the indictment issued by the DPRK Association for Human Rights Studies. Recalling that the DPRK Association for Human Rights Studies in its indictment gave a detailed account about the miserable human rights performance and human rights abuses in the U.S. and other western countries, the statement said: The U.S. and other western countries, the worst human rights tundra, are trying to cover up their heinous human rights abuses at home and abroad. The U.S. has conducted a global phone hacking operation by using various means. There are many repressive machines in the U.S. such as FBI. In the western countries, innocent people are thrown into prisons without any trial due to the "anti-terrorism law," and progressive figures are subjected to constant crackdown. Many people are groaning in the quagmire of unemployment and poverty in the U.S. and other countries. Their worst human rights abuse is that they caused disorder, confusion and confrontation which led to a refugee crisis by interfering in the internal affairs of other countries. The U.S. and the West should solve their home matters first before interfering in the internal affairs of other countries. |
