Pakistani National Preparatory Committee for 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu Formed

| Pyongyang, March 11 (KCNA) -- A Pakistani national preparatory committee for the 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu was formed in Karachi on March 3. The chief minister of Sind State was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to give wide publicity to the revolutionary careers and feats of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and the struggle of the army and people of the DPRK ushering in a golden age in building a thriving nation, and organize colorful political and cultural events on the occasions of the Day of the Sun and the Day of the Shining Star (the birth anniversaries of the great leader) in 2017. |
