Day of Sun to Be Marked in Czech Republic

| Pyongyang, March 14 (KCNA) -- A Czech preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (the Day of the Sun) was inaugurated in Prague on March 9. Jaroslav Kafka, chairman of the Paektusan Czech-Korean Friendship Association, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to fix the celebration period from March 9 to April 20 and organize diverse and significant, political and cultural events to praise the revolutionary career and exploits of the President. |
