Saber Ballul, department director of the Political Faculty of the University of Damascus, said this in a statement on March 7 in denunciation of the unreasonable UNSC's "sanctions resolution" against the DPRK.

The U.S. imperialists and their followers abused the name of the UNSC to fabricate a fresh "sanctions resolution" against the DPRK at last after making much fuss over the latter's justifiable H-bomb test and satellite launch, he recalled, and went on:

The DPRK's H-bomb test is self-defensive.

Satellite launch is a sovereign state's legitimate right.

The DPRK exercised the right only.

Not only the Syrian people but also world progressive people are strongly denouncing and rejecting the UNSC's "sanctions resolution" wantonly violating the sovereignty of the DPRK.

I support the DPRK's stand to bolster up its self-defensive nuclear deterrent and continue to exercise its right to use space for peaceful purposes.
