The African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea said this in a statement issued on March 8 in protest against the "resolution."

The U.S. again prodded the UNSC into cooking up the hostile "resolution" touching off resentment of the progressives, instead of concluding a peace treaty with the DPRK, the statement noted, and went on:

It is entirely just for the Korean people to resolutely reject the "resolution" and firmly defend their homeland.

No one is allowed to take issue with the DPRK's right to self-defense and space development for peaceful purposes.

The statement called on world progressives loving independence and peace to denounce the unprecedented criminal acts of the U.S. imperialists and their followers against the DPRK.
