The statement said that the DPRK's H-bomb test was a self-defensive measure for defending the country's sovereignty and national right to existence from the U.S. aggressive hostile policy toward the former and its daily-increasing nuclear threat to the former.

It went on:

The DPRK's launch of the earth observation satellite Kwangmyongsong-4 was an exercise of the internationally recognized legitimate right of a sovereign state.

However, the U.S., Japan and south Korean puppet group, its followers, are openly revealing their ambition to stifle the DPRK while working hard to knock into shape the triangle military alliance under the pretext of the latter's successful H-bomb test and satellite launch.

The U.S. pressed the UN Security Council into adopting a "resolution on harsh sanctions" while Japan made public the so-called "independent sanctions" against the DPRK, resorting to such unethical and inhumane acts as strictly restricting the legitimate activities of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and ruthlessly trampling down the rights of Koreans in Japan to live.

What is more serious is that the Park Geun Hye group is joining the U.S. and Japan in their mean hostile acts against the DPRK.

The Park's group bereft of reason is busy staging the largest-ever joint military exercises for stifling the DPRK after introducing even the U.S. nuclear strike means into south Korea.

The United Confederation of Koreans in Kazakhstan strongly demands the U.S. and south Korean puppet group halt their reckless nuclear war exercises against the DPRK at once.
