The Maritime Territorial Branch of the All-Russia War Veterans' Social Organization "Militant Fraternity" was quoted as saying this in a statement on March 9 protesting against the UN Security Council's unreasonable "sanctions resolution" against the DPRK.

Extending full support to the DPRK's stance to defend its sovereignty and national right to existence, the statement read:

The DPRK is ensuring happy and stable life of its people.

All the Korean people are supporting the DPRK government.

We denounce the unreasonable "sanctions resolution" against the DPRK, which will escalate the tension on the Korean peninsula.

The DPRK government is making every possible effort for its people's happiness and children's rosy future.

We will enthusiastically support and encourage the Korean people's just struggle.
