The Youth Group for the Study of the Juche Idea in DR Congo noted this in a statement issued on March 8 as regards the fact that the U.S. let the UN Security Council fabricate another "resolution on sanctions" against the DPRK's H-bomb test and satellite launch.

Recalling that the organization congratulated the DPRK on its first H-bomb test and successful launch of the earth observation satellite Kwangmyongsong-4, the statement said:

The U.S. and other big powers and hostile forces fabricated the unprecedentedly harsh "sanctions resolution" against the DPRK by abusing the name of the UNSC.

This is an unpardonable insult to a state fully exercising its right to existence and sovereignty and an inhuman act of internationally isolating and stifling the DPRK.

We resolutely denounce the U.S.-led UNSC's barbarous act as trickery against mankind.

The DPRK will emerge victorious.
