An article titled "Sci-Tech Complex, asset of Korean nation" was posted on the website Paektusan of the Paektusan Czech-Korean Friendship Association on March 4. It said:

The Sci-Tech Complex successfully built on Ssuk Islet of the River Taedong in Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, opened on the New Year's Day.

One can see the model of a satellite carrier rocket in the main lobby of the complex and tour inter-sector science and technology exhibition halls and e-libraries on each floor.

The complex, to which the policy of the Workers' Party of Korea for making all the people to be well versed in science and technology was perfectly applied, can provide information service enough to help everyone study to his heart's content as it is a comprehensive e-library.

The Russian newspaper Rossiskaya Gazeta carried an article introducing the Masikryong Ski Resort on March 7.
