The DPRK people have made great leap forward in production and construction through mass movements and collectivist emulation in every stage of the Korean revolution under the leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea.

It was in February Juche 48 (1959) that President Kim Il Sung visited the Kangson Steel Plant to kindle the torch of the Chollima workteam movement, a collective innovation one.

Through this movement, the DPRK people carried out the socialist industrialization within 14 years under the slogans "One for all and all for one!" and "Charge at the speed of Chollima!"

Also in the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and 2000s, they brought about the heyday of the WPK era by creating the high speed of advance in the overall fields of national economy under the wise guidance of leader Kim Jong Il.

Kim Jong Il in his lifetime gave field guidance to a great number of units to arouse them to the socialist emulation for increased production.

Now supreme leader Kim Jong Un gives ceaseless on-the-spot guidance to factories and other industrial establishments to encourage them to take the lead in the general advance for building a thriving nation. Thanks to his energetic leadership, world-startling achievements have been made in the DPRK.
