A regional chairman of the Mfumalanga Provincial Committee of the South African Communist Party fully supported the DPRK's building of nuclear force, saying that the U.S. should stop abusing the name of the UN.

Julio Cesar Pantigoso Barretto, chairman of the branches of Chiclayo and Trujillo of the Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship, said:

We extend full support and solidarity to the DPRK government and people showing the steadfast will to firmly defend the sovereignty of the country now that the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet forces are staging the provocative nuclear war drills.

We consider it is just that the DPRK government and people are taking such self-defensive steps as developing latest weapons to deal a deadly blow to the U.S. imperialists, the first enemy of mankind.

We will always stand by the Korean people struggling against the U.S. imperialists.
