Present there on invitation were officials of the government, Federal Assembly, political parties, organizations and institutions of Russia including the Foreign Ministry, Ministry of Development of Far East, Ministry of Energy, State Duma, Party for Peace and Unity, Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, TASS and Interfax.

Present there were the ambassador and officials of the DPRK embassy.

The participants laid a floral basket and bouquets before an art work depicting President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and paid homage to them.

They looked round the photos dealing with revolutionary exploits of the peerlessly great persons of Mt. Paektu.

Speeches were made there.

Meanwhile, receptions were given at the DPRK missions in Vladivostok and Khabarovsk on March 16 and 17.
