The Pyongyang Thermal Power Complex has daily produced 40 000 more kw of electricity than scheduled since the start of the 70-day campaign.

The Complex established a new production control system to run the generating equipment on a scientific basis.

The East Pyongyang Thermal Power Plant has carried out its daily production quota at 130 percent by shortening the period of boiler overhaul and making periodic and cyclic checkups of undifferentiated system in a responsible manner.
