The organizations said in their joint statement on March 13:

The General Staff of the KPA, upon the authorization of the Supreme Command, declared that the powerful revolutionary Paektusan army will counter the enemy's anti-DPRK landing drills aimed at "storming Pyongyang" with an operation to liberate the whole of south Korea including Seoul, and the enemy's "high-density strike" tactics with ultra-precision blitzkrieg of Korean style.

The KPA's decisive counterattack will lead to national and social emancipation of the south Korean people and national reunification.

The U.S. imperialists and south Korean warmongers were seriously warned.

The end of the U.S. imperialist colonial rule over south Korea and the treacherous regime of south Korea is drawing near.
