Day of Sun to Be Observed in Spain

| Pyongyang, March 23 (KCNA) -- A Spanish preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (the Day of the Sun) was formed in Tarragona on March 15. Alejandro Cao de Benos, chairman of the Korean Friendship Association headquartered in Spain, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to give wide publicity to the revolutionary exploits of Kim Il Sung and hold colorful political and cultural events such as a celebration on the occasion of the Day of the Sun. |
