Day of Sun to Be Observed in Uganda

| Pyongyang, March 24 (KCNA) -- An Ugandan national preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (the Day of the Sun) was formed at the Presidency on March 18. Henri Masico, department director of the Ugandan Presidency, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to significantly organize political and cultural events to praise the exploits of the President and introduce the struggle of the Korean people for building a thriving nation on the occasion of the Day of the Sun. |
