The federation founded on March 25, Juche 35 (1946) has registered successes in fully preparing officials, creators and artistes as the revolutionaries boundlessly loyal to the party and the leader and encouraging them to implement the original policy of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) on literature and arts over the past seven decades.

A meeting for marking the anniversary took place at the Pyongyang Grand Theatre on Thursday.

Present at the meeting were Kim Ki Nam, secretary of the Central Committee of the WPK, Pak Chun Nam, minister of Culture, officials, creators, artistes, teachers and researchers in the field of literature and art.

Conveyed there was a congratulatory message of the Central Committee of the WPK to the organizations, officials and members of the federation.
