Present at the ceremony were officials of the DPRK Red Cross Society, young RC volunteers, volunteers, officials concerned, the delegations of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and the International Committee of the Red Cross who are working in the DPRK and foreign diplomatic envoys and staff members of their embassies here.

Speeches were made there.

The participants planted trees.

The spring tree planting continues throughout the country till April.
