The Japanese regime is working hard to lay a springboard for turning Japan into a military giant by taking advantage of the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK and to undermine Chongryon, a DPRK's legitimate organization of overseas citizens.

The regime should refrain from politically suppressing Chongryon and abusing the human rights of Koreans in Japan.
