Bulgarian Figure Hopes for Peace on Korean Peninsula
Pyongyang, March 28 (KCNA) -- We hope that the tension and confrontation would be defused as soon as possible and lasting peace would settle on the Korean peninsula.

The chief of Kim Il Sung Library in Sofia said this in a statement on March 19.

Terming the UN Security Council's vicious "resolution on sanctions" against the DPRK utterly illegal and unjust, she went on:

Due to the U.S. and south Korean authorities' despicable and unpardonable acts, the situation on the Korean peninsula is getting worse.

We strongly condemn the south Korean authorities for aggravating tensions on the peninsula in collusion with outsiders and stoking confrontation with the north.

The U.S. should halt its all provocative rackets against the DPRK immediately and withdraw its forces of aggression from south Korea.
