The bulletin carried articles subtitled "Muddy road he walked on his birthday" and "Song he sang with joy" under the headline "Happy day for President Kim Il Sung".

The articles said the President found his pleasure in the work for the people all his life, dedicated his all to the people and created an epic of loving the people, regarding it as his motto to believe in the people as in Heaven.
