Present there were representatives of political parties, organizations, Juche idea study organizations including the Popular Revolutionary Party of DR Congo, the Communist Party of DR Congo, the DR Congo-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Association, the DR Congolese Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and the Youth Group for the Study of the Juche Idea in DR Congo and figures of the African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea.

The secretary general of the African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea in a report praised Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il as the peerlessly great men who worked miracles of history in the struggle for liberating, defending and safeguarding the country under the uplifted banner of independence and Songun, and built and developed the socialist system centered on the popular masses.

Figures from Guinea, Uganda, Nigeria, South Africa and Ethiopia praised exploits of the great leaders and said that their idea and exploits are shedding their rays thanks to Kim Jong Un.
