The letter recalled that adherents to the Juche idea in the African region held an on-line seminar on the birth anniversaries of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

It went on:

The world progressive people unanimously recognize that the present reality of socialist Korea was brought about thanks to the Juche idea founded by the President and the Songun politics pursued by Kim Jong Il.

The participants in the seminar, too, appreciate that prosperous socialist Korea is the most precious patriotic heritage handed down by the great leaders.

Kim Il Sung was the father of socialist Korea and great leader and Kim Jong Il was the great theoretician, statesman and patriot.

One of the greatest victories and successes achieved in the DPRK is that the issue of carrying forward the revolutionary cause of Juche was solved most perfectly as it is led by Kim Jong Un.

The letter extended encouragement to the Korean people in their struggle for greeting the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea with unprecedented labor feats and wished them successes.
