Int'l Preparatory Committee for Celebrating Day of Sun Formed

| Pyongyang, March 30 (KCNA) -- An international preparatory committee for celebrating the Day of the Sun (the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung) and the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea was formed by the International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions on March 26. Mikhail Panchenko, general secretary of the alliance, and Dmitri Kostenko, chairman of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, were elected co-chairmen of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to hold diverse events in East European and Central Asian countries on those occasions. |
