Rodong Sinmun Wednesday observes in a commentary in this regard:

What the U.S. and the Park Geun Hye regime discussed over the "sanctions" against the DPRK is nothing but a ridiculous charade of the blind who knows nothing and can hardly do about the invincible national power and tremendous potential of the DPRK.

They are sadly mistaken if they calculate they can do anything through such "sanctions".

The DPRK has consolidated its foundation for self-supporting national economy and self-reliant national defence with its indigenous resources, technology and efforts, the commentary says, and goes on:

Its first successful H-bomb test and successful launch of earth observation satellite Kwangmyongsong-4 are a clear proof of its invincible national power and tremendous potentials. World people are admired and envied to see the DPRK building lots of monumental edifices of lasting value and manufacturing strategic weapons and arms equipment requiring ultra-modern technology as it pleases despite unprecedented "sanctions" and pressure of hostile forces. History and reality clearly prove that neither "sanctions" nor pressure is workable on the DPRK.

It says the sparrow near the school sings the primer. Though one may be an idiot or fool bereft of faculty to discern things, one has to be aware of one's misjudgment.
