Minju Joson Slashes at Japanese Reactionaries' Moves to Distort Criminal History
Pyongyang, March 30 (KCNA) -- A short time ago, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan impudently marked Tok Islets, part of inviolable territory of Korea, as "territory belonging to Japan" in the eight of ten textbooks for the students of high schools to be used from spring next year. The textbooks also contain the contents negating the crimes related to sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army in the past.

Minju Joson in a commentary Wednesday says that this is the height of impudence that can be done only by the cunning Japanese reactionaries working with bloodshot eyes only to devise the whole gamut of gimmick to deny their past crime-woven history at any cost.

It goes on:

They are attempting to embellish their history of aggression stained with killing, plunder and thrice-cursed atrocities and to imbue the new generation with it.

They are steeped in their foolish ambition to realize at any cost their old dream of the "Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere" by repeating the past history when they ran amuck in continental aggression while fluttering blood-stained sun flag.

To this end they visited "Yasukuni Shrine" in group despite unanimous protest and rebuff of the Korean people and the world public in a bid to paint the war criminals who died dog's death in the continental aggression as "patriots." They are also reviving militarism across Japan through reckless joint military drills by joining the U.S. imperialists.

It is as clear as noonday which path the young students tainted with militarism would take.

The Japanese reactionaries should be well aware of the fact that their above-said moves would make a mess of Japan's future.
