S. Korean Organizations Accuse Japanese Reactionaries of Enforcing "Security Legislation"
Pyongyang, March 30 (KCNA) -- About 40 organizations of south Korea on Tuesday held a press conference outside the Japanese embassy in Seoul on March 29 denouncing the Japanese reactionaries for their enforcement of the "security legislation", according to the south Korean internet paper Thongil News. They included the South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification, the Solidarity for Progress, the People for Achieving Peace and Reunification, the Confederation of Trade Unions, the Federation of Peasants Associations, the Youth Solidarity, the Buddhist Peace Solidarity and the Missionary Solidarity Council of Christian Society.

At the press conference, the speakers said that Japan has entered the phase of enforcing the "security legislation" on the same day.

Therefore, Japan is capable of exercising the "right to collective self-defense" and fighting a war, they charged.

They brought to light the danger of the "security legislation" and declared that they will steadily conduct the actions in protest against it.

A press release was read out at the conference. As Japan's "security legislation" has entered the phase of its enforcement, the "Self-Defense Forces" can interfere in military affairs anywhere in the world following in footsteps of the U.S. forces and concern can not but be raised over the fact that the first target is the Korean peninsula, it noted.

It demanded the immediate abrogation of Japan's war law that may bring the dark clouds of a nuclear war to hang over the peninsula.
