He learned in detail about the technical character, material consumption and test operation of various farm machines and discussed the measures for perfecting farm machines to be convenient for use by farmers.

He underscored the need to put spurs to the farm machine production and give a priority to producing equipment necessary for immediate farming preparations. He also called on relevant fields to provide electricity and materials in a responsible way to the units producing tractor accessory parts and trailing farm machines.

He also went round the Omgot Co-op Farm in Anak County and took necessary measures after learning about farming preparations.
