Noting that it is the characteristic feature of the Korean youth to rise up as one true to the call of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) and perform undying feats to be recorded in the history of the country, the editorial goes on:

The 70-day campaign of loyalty is a drive to devotedly defend the leadership authority of the WPK with ardent fidelity of all the people and a fierce standoff with the U.S. imperialists and their followers making desperate efforts through heinous provocations. Now is the time for the Korean youths, heroes of the youth power and stalwart fighters in accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche, to show the world once again how admirable they are as they are inspired by the party's politics of attaching importance to the youth.

The youth are taking the lead in the ongoing general offensive ushering in the greatest heyday of the revolution under the leadership of the great party and their work-style is self-reliance and fortitude and their goal is to create fresh legendary tales about heroic youth. The youths should dash forward along the road of the Korean revolution in the spirit of the blizzards of Paektu and deal telling blows at the hostile forces through the above-said tales and greet the Seventh Congress of the WPK as a glorious congress of victors.

The editorial calls on all the young people to dash forward towards the May event of victory, flying high the flag of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League in the van of the ranks of the ongoing general offensive.
