Preparatory Committee for 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu Formed in Germany

| Pyongyang, April 2 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for the 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu was formed in Germany on March 27. Thomas Lichter, vice-chairman of the Federal Republic of Germany-DPRK Association, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to organize colorful political and cultural events to praise the revolutionary career and exploits of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and the wise leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un from the birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung this year. |
