Day of Sun and 7th Congress of WPK to Be Celebrated in Moldavia

Pyongyang, April 3 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (the Day of the Sun) and the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) was formed by the Moldavian Pridnestrobvi Songun Revolution Anti-Imperialist Association for the Study of Juche Idea on March 28.

Aleksei Bolynets, chairman of the association, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.

At an inaugural ceremony the committee decided to widely study and disseminate the works of the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu and organize colorful political and cultural events with the Day of the Sun and the 7th Congress of the WPK as a momentum.
