The chairman of the Supreme Council of the New Socialist Party of Romania at the seminar on the President's reminiscences "With the Century" praised him as the great leader who was born into a patriotic and revolutionary family, embarked upon the road of revolution in his teens, founded the Juche idea and steered the Korean revolution to victory.

The chief of the Group of Youth for the Study of Kim Jong Il Juche Idea in Vienna and a deputy battalion commander of a commando of the Ministry of Defense of Guinea said at the reading session on the President's reminiscences that the reminiscences of Kim Il Sung, the eternal leader of the Korean people, are an encyclopedia clarifying the valuable truth of the struggle for accomplishing the cause of human independence.

The chairman of the Nigerian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism said after reading the President's work "The Fundamental Way of Achieving Victory in the Revolution Is to Strengthen the Party and Increase Its Leadership Role":

The President founded the Juche idea that the popular masses are the masters of the revolution and construction and they also promote the revolution and construction, in the course of his carving out a new way for the Korean revolution.

The President always settled all issues by giving top priority to the demand and interest of the people and consolidated the unity and cohesion of the party and the popular masses in every way.
