The editorial said that the bank transactions of the Teachers Union (Jongyojo) were checked and the full-time officials of the organization are in the danger of being discharged for refusing to return to their former jobs due to the moves of the Ministry of Education.

It stressed that even the International Labour Organization demanded several times the withdrawal of the action of outlawing Jongyojo but the present regime does not accept it.
