The spy plane is reported to be a combination of systems of south Korea's industrial technology and the U.S. technological assistance.

It will be reportedly deployed in south Korea till the end of this year after undergoing the test of its performance and will form the core of Kill Chain, a preemptive strike system targeting the north established under the pretext of coping with the "north's nuclear and missile threats".

This is an extremely reckless move to ignite a war for deliberately escalating tension on the Korean peninsula as it is an inevitable product of the U.S. and south Korean puppet forces' hostile policy toward the DPRK from A to Z.

The U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet army are nuclear warmongers and the group of aggressors as they infiltrate strategic reconnaissance and other planes into the airspace of the DPRK so frequently and bring clouds of a war to hang over the Korean peninsula by flying aircraft for strategic nuclear strikes.

U-2 and other strategic and tactical reconnaissance planes with different missions are busy spying on the Korean peninsula every day.

Even at this moment, more than 300,000 huge forces of the U.S. and south Korean puppet army and U.S. nuclear strategic weaponry including B-52 nuclear strategic bombers, nuclear submarines and nuclear carrier task force and F-22A are busy with nuclear war rehearsals.

It is needless to say that they seriously infringe upon peace and stability of the Korean peninsula and the rest of Northeast Asia and pose a direct threat to the right to live of the Korean people and the peoples in the region.

It is another intolerable war crime that the U.S. is working hard to provide core parts of the reconnaissance plane to the south Korean puppet forces to round off the work of its production and deploy them in south Korea.

It is the scenario of the U.S. to prod the south Korean puppet army into spying on the north frequently so that it may gather all sorts of information necessary for igniting a new war, work out war plans on the basis of information and apply them to an actual war.

But the U.S. is sadly mistaken.

The army and people of the DPRK have never shown even the slightest mercy to the enemies when they were trying to intrude into the territorial air and waters of the DPRK even 0.001mm.

The U.S. imperialist plane EC-121 was brought down while intruding into the territorial air of the DPRK and RC-135 was also downed by the brave pilots of the DPRK.

The U.S. armed spy ship Pueblo was captured and PCE No. 56 of the south Korean puppet army was sunk while intruding into the territorial waters of the DPRK.

The powerful revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK are defending this land for the dignity and honor of Songun Korea, fully ready to wipe out the enemies with merciless blows if a war breaks out.

The DPRK always remains invulnerable. As there are army and people strong in idea and faith who are full of courage to firmly defend the inviolable territorial air and waters and land of the socialist country with self-blasting spirit, it neither makes an empty talk nor shows any mercy to the enemies.

The enemies are within the firing range of various type ultra-modern weapons made by the DPRK on its own efforts and with its indigenous technology. It is fully prepared to wipe them out to the last man.

If the U.S. together with the south Korean puppet forces persistently monitors and spies the whole of the Korean peninsula and uses intelligence for its aggressive operation scenarios for a new war, it will only invite self-destruction.

If the U.S. instigates the south Korean puppet forces to infiltrate the reconnaissance plane into the DPRK in disregard of the warning of its army and people, it will meet the same fate as that of EC-121.
