Dancing Party of Officials and Members of Women's Union Held

| Pyongyang, April 8 (KCNA) -- There took place a dancing party of officials and members of the women's union at the plaza of the Arch of Triumph on Friday on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's election as chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK. The participants danced amid the playing of songs "Thunder over Jong Il Peak", "The General Star beyond the Clouds" and "It Is Spring Ray and Sunray". They enthusiastically danced to the tune of songs like "Joy of the People" full of national pride and self-confidence with the honor of being blessed with the sun generation after generation as they have another great man of Mt. Paektu-type. |
