A ceremony of conveying the diplomas took place in Lima on April 5.

The general secretary of the Central Committee of the Peruvian Communist Party said that the C.C., the Peruvian Communist Party unanimously adopted at its plenary meeting a decision on awarding the diplomas to great leaders of the Korean people Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and supreme leader of the Korean people Kim Jong Un in recognition of their great exploits in the run-up to the Seventh Congress of the WPK.

I deem it great honor to courteously convey the diplomas conferred upon them on behalf of the Peruvian Communist Party, he added.

He conveyed the diplomas to the DPRK ambassador to Peru.
