Workers, Peasants Meet

| Pyongyang, April 11 (KCNA) -- There took place meetings of workers, trade union members, agricultural workers and agricultural workers union members at the plaza of the Monument to Party Founding and the Jangchon Vegetable Co-op Farm of Sadong District on Monday to observe the 4th anniversary of supreme leader Kim Jong Un's election as the first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK. Reporters and speakers said it was a great honor and fortune of the party and revolution, state and nation, and a historic event of great significance in the accomplishment of the revolutionary cause of Juche that he was held in high esteem as the first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK. His assumption of the above-said posts ensured the successful succession to the revolutionary cause of Juche and Songun, they added. They called for remaining loyal to Kim Jong Un who is ushering in the greatest heyday of building a thriving nation. |
