S. Korean Attempts to Commit Self-immolation

Pyongyang, April 13 (KCNA) -- A south Korean inhabitant attempted to commit self-immolation on April 7 in protest against the unpopular healthcare system outside an ophthalmic hospital in Songnam City, Kyonggi Province, according to the south Korean CBS.
