Inaugural ceremonies of the Kanggye, Phyongsong and Sariwon baby homes and orphanages took place on the spots on Wednesday and Thursday.

Present there were officials of the provincial party and power bodies, officials concerned, children of the baby homes and orphanages and their employees and other working people.

At the end of the ceremonies the participants went round the newly built baby homes and orphanages.
