The message extended the warmest greetings to Kim Jong Un and the government and people of the DPRK on behalf of the president, government and people of Uganda on the occasion of the 104th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung, the Day of the Sun.

Kim Il Sung turned the DPRK into a country whose people are more closely united with his devoted service for the Korean people and achieved socio-economic development, it said.

Highly praising his career and great exploits, it expressed hope that the good relations with Kim Jong Un and the government and people of the DPRK would continue to develop on good terms.

It wished Kim Jong Un good health and the Korean people sustained prosperity.
