It began with narration accompanied by song and dance "The Day of the Sun Shines thanks to the Marshal". Put on the stage were serial song "We Are Happy under Care of Marshal Kim Il Sung" and other numbers.

The performers impressively represented the boundless reverence for Kim Il Sung who devoted himself to schoolchildren all his life.

Also put on the stage were numbers showing the devotion of Generalissimo Kim Jong Il who is bringing up the members of the Children's Union to be true sons and daughters unfailingly loyal to the party and the socialist country.

The performers successfully represented the great pride and optimism of the school children who are dynamically advancing toward the rosy future under the care of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Among the audience were Choe Ryong Hae, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Jon Yong Nam, chairman of the Central Committee of the youth league, officials concerned, officials of the league, school youth and children in the city.
