The letter said that the educational aid fund and stipends sent by the Marshal this significant year marking the 70th anniversary of the secondary education enforcement and the 60th founding anniversary of Korean University give doubled strength and courage to all the officials of Chongryon and Koreans in Japan and greatly encouraged their sacred patriotic movement.

The Chongryon Central Standing Committee extends the highest glory and warmest thanks to Marshal Kim Jong Un for personally sending an important congratulatory message to the teaching staff and students of Korean University on the occasion of its 60th founding anniversary and showing boundless benevolence for the children of Koreans in Japan once again, reflecting the deep reverence and ardent loyalty of all the officials of Chongryon and Koreans in Japan.

We will further consolidate the Chongryon organization into the Juche-oriented overseas organization shining with the august names of peerlessly great persons of Mt. Paektu, bearing deep in mind the unshakable faith and will that we are sure to win if we are led by the Marshal despite any trials and difficulties.
