April 15, the birth anniversary of Generalissimo Kim Il Sung, is the day of great fortune for the nation when the sun of Juche rose up for the first time in the nation's 5 000 year-long history and the day of great event when the dawn of the era of independence was broken for the progressives, the letter said, and went on:

Generalissimo Kim Il Sung is the father of socialist Korea and peerlessly elder statesman. It is the greatest honor and pride of the Korean nation and happiness of all the generations to come to uphold him as the eternal leader.

His immortal revolutionary history could be steadily carried forward thanks to the wise guidance of Generalissimo Kim Jong Il who put forward the accomplishment of the cause of Juche revolution as his lifelong mission.

Marshal Kim Jong Un who inherited the cause of the great Generalissimos is making a great contribution to the cause of socialism and the cause of human independence.

We, as befitting Koreans in China living in the battle-sites of the anti-Japanese revolution where precious revolutionary tradition of the country of Juche was established, will preserve and manage the revolutionary battle-sites and historical sites with care and give wide publicity to them and actively educate compatriots through them to make the undying revolutionary exploits of the great leaders shine long.

The letter expressed the will to strengthen the General Association of Koreans in China, patriotic legacy of the great leaders, into the overseas compatriots organization trusting and following Kim Jong Un only and turn out as one in the work for prosperity of the motherland and the patriotic movement for national reunification.
