Pyongyang, April 18 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the International United Confederation of Koreans headed by First Vice-Chairman Kim Chil Song who is chairman of the United Confederation of Koreans in Russia, a delegation of the United Confederation of Koreans in Sakhalin Region, Russia headed by Chairman Ri Ku Yul, a delegation of the Association of Old Men of Korean Nationality in Dandong City, China headed by Vice-Chairman Ri Tok Chol and Kim Kyong Ryol, vice-chairman of the Central Association of Korean Nationals in Russia left here Monday.
