| Pyongyang, April 18 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Su Yong sent a congratulatory message to Marcel Alain de Souza, new president of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) on April 15. Wishing the president success in his work for achieving the regional stability and development and the unity of the ECOWAS member nations, the message expressed belief that the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and the ECOWAS member nations would as ever grow stronger. |
