It said his reelection as first secretary of the Party Central Committee is an expression of deep trust and expectation of all party members and people of him.

It wished him greater success in his responsible work for the development of the party and triumphant advance of the Cuban revolution, expressing belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two parties and two peoples established in the joint struggle for independence against imperialism and for socialism would grow stronger.
